Financial Policy

For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, and credit cards. Multiple appointment discounts are available, when chosen. At this time, because of the types of services offered, we are unable to participate with insurance carriers. Payment is expected at the time of service, however, payment plans are offered. Detailed receipts can be provided when requested. A $30.00 fee is assessed for all returned checks. Please note: Because you are monetarily investing in your health at Stability Wisdom, it is the primary intent of this practice that you benefit quickly with quality care.
